Refund Policy
Booking/Deposit Policy
-Deposits need to be paid before your event date. Neglecting to pay your deposit may result in cancellation of your booking.
-Be on the lookout for your booking/confirmation emails. If you have not received either one of these emails please let us know. This is for you to ensure that all details are correct.
-We will come out rain or shine.
-The remaining balance will be charged at the event site. You may pay cash, check or credit. Please make sure the person in charge of payment is on site for this event to complete any necessary payment with the driver.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
-Cancellations due to natural disasters or extreme weather safety concerns will not be charged to rebook.
-Deposits will NOT be returned to event cancellations that are within 96 hours of your event.
-Cancellations within 48 hours of your event may result in being billed the full amount of your booking.
